Allison and Devin love skiing together. They have explored ski resorts all over the world and it is their favorite activity. So, they chose The Lodge at Breckenridge, at Breckenridge Ski Resort in Colorado, as the venue for their wedding. Because skiing is such an important part of their relationship, they decided they wanted a Breckenridge ski wedding session after their wedding day!
A ski session in your wedding attire, is a great way to incorporate skiing into your wedding celebrations. If you decide to have a more traditional wedding with guests, you can still have a fun ski day to get those awesome photos on the slopes!
Breckenridge Ski Resort has 5 peaks, named Peaks 6-10. Because of its many peaks, there are so many spots for stunning photo ops, all with a lot of great variety! This also means there is a spot for every ski skill level.

Ski Fun!
First, we started Allison and Devin’s session on Peak 8 near Vista Haus. We took some fun posed photos before exploring around the mountain on skis! Action photos, especially in a wedding dress, are always amazing! When picking your wedding attire to ski in, make sure you are comfortable, but also consider how well things flow as you zoom down. Allison’s dress sure did have the perfect flow!
Ski Lift Photos
As part of exploring around Breckenridge, Allison and Devin took me to one of their favorite ski lifts. It is one of the few two person chairs left on the mountain and is the perfect ski lift for cute and snuggly photos!
Family Ski Time!
After enjoying the mountain just the two of them, we met up with their family on Peak 9 near the Overlook Restaurant! Have I mentioned that Breckenridge has so many incredible locations for photos!? We all skied a few runs together to end Allison and Devin’s ski session. Everyone had a ton of fun! It was a great way to add some extra celebration to their wedding week in Colorado!
