Brittany and Michael | A summer wedding in Garden of the Gods
A gorgeous sunny day, family and friends, a limo ride, and stunning scenery, were all part of Brittany and Michael’s Garden of the Gods Wedding!
Getting Ready
Brittany and Michael got ready for their wedding day with their closest friends and family in the most beautiful house! The large windows gave views of Pikes Peak! They got ready in separate rooms and Brittany’s mom and her friends helped her into her wedding dress. At the same time, Michael hung out with his brother and friends! Next, it was time for the first look!
The First Look and Private Vows
Brittany and Michael had their first look outside of the house. When Michael saw his stunning bride, of course he had the biggest smile on his face! I mean just look at Brittany’s wedding dress! After their first look, they read notes that they had written to each other in their vow books. This is when all of the emotions really started to hit! After this special moment together, everyone was ready to head off to Garden of the Gods!
Riding to a Garden of the Gods wedding in Style!
What better way to get to your ceremony with all of your friends and family, then in a limo! This was definitely a fun part of Brittany and Michael’s intimate wedding day! All of their friends and family got in the limo where they shared drinks and many laughs on our way to Garden of the Gods! And did I mention Brittany’s family dog was there too!!! When we arrived at Garden of the Gods we took some family and bridal party photos and then a few of the bride and groom before it was time for the ceremony!
Ceremony and Portraits
As can be seen, the energy from their guests made the day so fun! We spent some time walking around Garden of the Gods before we all headed over to Three Graces Plaza. This is one of the places you are allowed to have a ceremony within the park. It was such a beautiful ceremony and the weather could not have been more perfect! After the ceremony, we explore the park some more, took more pictures, and popped some sparkling water! Although no alcohol is allowed within Garden of the Gods, Michael and Brittany still wanted that classic champagne spray photo, so we used sparkling water instead!
Reception
After enjoying our time in Garden of the Gods for their amazing intimate wedding, it was time to hop back in the limo and head back to the house! Everyone was definitely tired and hungry after a very eventful day! At the house, Brittany and Michael had a pizza reception with their family and friends, cut their beautiful wedding cake, and popped some real champagne! Finally, it was time for their send-off and their family set up some bubble machines! It was the perfect end to a perfect day!
